“Hang Osment-Le arrived in Australia aged seven from her native Vietnam. At 19, she visited her home country and, struck by some of the basic living and working conditions she encountered, began donating money to seamstresses – her mother’s trade before the family emigrated. In 2015, Osment-Le founded womenswear brand All The Wild Roses and pledged to make at least one microloan per week to help a woman fund her own business, through Australian charity Opportunity International.
