1. Just email us at customerlove@allthewildroses.com and let us know you want to return your purchase.

2. Then send us your return package within 10 working days (Australia) and within 30 working days (International).

3. As long as the items are unworn and in original condition, we provide a full refund in the same way as you made payment. Once done, we email you the refund receipt.

Our garments are based on Australian Sizing. Conversion for International sizing is provided below.

Measure the slimmest part of your waistline (above your navel but below your ribcage).

Measure the fullest part of your hip area (roughly nine inches below the waist).
