I’ve always found it very hard to find that stillness in a studio environment. But, when I found out about setting my own environment up at home and discovering Yoga with Adriene, it’s become a big part of my self-care routine day or night. What I love about it is you can do as little as 5 minutes or 1 hour and is easily adaptable to how you feel and the type of practice you want for that particular day.
