ORDERING

How do I know which size fits me best?

Our designs fit true to size, so you can generally stick to what you normally wear in most styles.  As a further guide, we also provide detailed fitting and size guides on each of our product page.  However, if you are still a little unsure, you can chat to us at [email protected] or give us a buzz on +612 8197 0301, our team will get back to you to assist!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

What is a pre-order?

We offer pre-order on certain styles due to limited availability or best selling styles so that you don’t miss out!  Pre-order items take 2 – 4 weeks to arrive, so once ordered we keep you updated on the progress and estimated delivery time of your order via email.  You can contact [email protected] if you need further info.

The item I want is Out of Stock. When will it become available again?

If you missed out on styles that you love, let know is know at [email protected] to be added to our wish list and they will contact you if and when the style you wanted is available again.

What does Final Sale mean?

Items that are marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or web credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All ’Final Sale’ items are marked as such on the product page.

If you are unsure about sizing or fabric for any ’Final Sale’ item, please contact [email protected] so our team can help answer any questions before you place your ’Final Sale’ order!

What if something I ordered arrived damaged/incorrect item?

Not to worry! Contact us right away at [email protected] or +612 8197 0301. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

RETURNS

We want to make things that you love! So if for any reason you are not in love with what you have purchased, we will gladly refund the purchase. 

How do I return something from my order?

Our returns process is super easy – follow our Returns instructions. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited in the same payment method used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or online credit has been processed.

Can I do an exchange?

We do not offer exchange, as it is just easier to return and then place a new order! So, there is no need for complicated exchange processes!

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Australia Wide: Free express shipping on all orders over $100 or $15 for orders under $100.

International Orders: Flat rate $35 (AUD) worldwide shipping.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes we can ship to PO Boxes but only for Australian orders.

How long does shipping take?

We ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your online order. 

We use express courier service with estimated time of delivery between 1-3 business days (please allow 4-6 business days for Western Australia).

For delivery to PO boxes we will use Australia Post, NSW:  1-2 business days other states 2-4 business days.

All orders can be tracked online you will receive tracking details on dispatch of your order by email.

Shipping address & Signature required on delivery

For security signatures are required for the delivery of orders both for Australian and international customers.  Therefore you need to provide a shipping address that can be received and signed by someone during business hours to avoid any delays in receiving your order.  Please see our Shipping information for more details.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Do you accept orders from international customers?

Of course! We accept credit card payments via Paypal from around the world and offer flat rate $35 (AUD) worldwide shipping.

Does ‘free shipping’ include customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?

We cover the cost of shipping your order, but we do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes that may apply in your country. These fees are out of our control and vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

How long does international shipping take?

We use trackable courier to deliver item/s internationally with estimated time of delivery between 57 business days (metropolitan areas of major cities, shipping may take longer to some countries). See our Shipping page for more details.

Easy Returns

1. Just email us at [email protected] and let us know you want to return your purchase.

2. Then send us your return package within 10 working days (Australia) and within 30 working days (International).

3. As long as the items are unworn and in original condition, we provide a full refund in the same way as you made payment. Once done, we email you the refund receipt.
